Position: Contract Maintenance Coordinator- Coleville, SK Area

Teine has an immediate opening for a Contract Maintenance Coordinator in the Coleville, SK area, reporting to the area Foreman.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule day-to-day field maintenance activities for wells, facilities, and associated infrastructure.
- Plan, prioritize, and track preventive and corrective maintenance work to support safe and efficient operations.
- Interface with field operations, service providers, and vendors to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.
- Prepare, manage, and close out work orders, maintenance schedules, and job plans.
- Ensure maintenance work is completed in compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and regulatory obligations.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and services required to execute maintenance work.
- Monitor maintenance activity progress and communicate status, issues, and risks to the Area Foreman.
- Support cost control by tracking maintenance-related expenditures and contractor time.
- Provide coordination support during unplanned maintenance events and operational upsets as require
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Contract-based role; contractor must be incorporated.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a maintenance coordination/planning role and/or 5 years of oilfield
- or maintenance-related experience.
- Proficient in basic MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Valid H2S and First Aid/CPR certifications
