** Our Coiled Tubing Operator positions offer Local positions out of our Medicine Hat, Red Deer and Grande Prairie locations. We also offer Rotational positions out of our Grande Prairie location.
The Coiled Tubing Operator will be a member of the Field Operations department responsible for being involved in Coiled Tubing operations as it pertains to well completion services. Reporting to the Coil Tubing Supervisor, the Coiled Tubing Operatorwill focus on adhering to Calfrac’s operational, safety, and environmental policies and procedures at all times.
Driving and operating coiled tubing unit or support equipment (Fluid Pump, Nitrogen Pump, Crane, Transports) in efforts to assist in completion of or intervention procedures on oil and gas wells
Communicating and working with the Supervisor and fellow crew members to complete jobs with focus on safety, environment, and community
Accurately complete and turn in regulatory and compliance paperwork associated with job duties (DOT logs, load sheets, trip reports)
Clean and perform routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment

Ability to operate process control equipment
Must be mechanically inclined
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED
Class 1 license required
Crane Operator certificate preferred
Previous oil and gas experience / oilfield services experience an asset
