- Develop competitive strategies for the launch and growth of our Specialty Products
- Implement innovative and omni channel programs
- Map and understand the customer journey
- Work tightly with our field team for implementation, and insights
- Oversee and develop quarterly planning, budget management, and reporting
- Collaborate across the organization
- Develop and own partnerships with customers and associations
- Manage all external vendors and suppliers
- Managing vendors, including submissions to PAAB / other agencies
- Integration across the company, for planning and execution
- Strategic mindset and decision making
- Ability to make data driven decisions
- Managing multiple tasks and complex projects at the same time
