The completion manager report directly to President. the position will be based in Calgary, with field visits required. The position will be responsible for managing Hitic’s all completion operations. such as fracking, coil job , downhole workover . The ideal candidate has 10+ years completion experiences, such as big fracking engineering experience including field supervision, and a network of service company and contract operator contacts. He or she will also be energetic, hands-on, hard-working, thorough, and detail oriented.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage Hitic’s all completion jobs which related with design and operation.
Select contractors, and manage services company , equipment, facilities, and field personnel.
Generate or design completion program ( fracking program ) and completion operating cost forecasts and budgets.
Ensure safety and compliance with laws and regulations.
Control and minimize operating expense.
Desired Skills and Experience
Engineering degree is a Must
APEGA member is a Must
Valid safety tickets
Shale play (Duvernay, Montney ) knowledge is requirement
10+ years completion engineering experience including some field experience.
