VP Operations

Hitic Energy Ltd. is a private oil producer with 4000 bbl light oil/ day production from Duvernay formation. The company plan to grow to 10,000 bbl/day production next year.
we are looking for right person who are willing to work together to achieve the goal and enjoy the achievement.
VP operation position
The position reports to president directly for all e operations of the company, and works closely with the operation team and other functional groups of the company.
Duties and responsivities
Report to President on all operational activities.
Manage all daily operational activities, projects, and programs including well drilling and completion, pipeline and facility construction, production operations, and oil and gas egress and marketing.
Bring in value and quality to the company through active, healthy and economic operations.
Provide technical, engineering, economic, environmental, and regulation insights, guidance, and expertise in resolving operational issues.
Provide leadership in managing budgets and scheduling. Work with CFO on financial performance of the company’s operations.
Provide leadership, guidance, team building, and development of the operation team. Be hands on people management. Ensure team members are adequately skilled to meet the operation needs.
Provide strategic development at management level, meet corporate strategy, and grow the company.

substantial knowledge and recent experience of operations in Canadian Oil and Gas producers
substantial management, execution, and team building experience in Canadian Oil and Gas producers
