Vertex is currently accepting applications for one full-time Land Agent for our office in Regina, Saskatchewan. The successful candidate must be detail orientated and focused on the best outcomes for client representatives. Strong negotiation, problem solving, and reporting skills will ensure success in this role. The role reports directly to General Manager, Land Approvals.
Land Administration Diploma in progress is a requirement
Willingness to learn new areas of expertise
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with others
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Provide administrative support to the Land team
Administer and maintain land files for surface and/or minerals including crown and freehold lands
Review survey plans and prepare required third party documentation
Prepare general reports and project specific updates to clients
Compile data and other required information as needed
Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing
Other related duties as directed from the General Manager
This position will be based out of our Regina, Saskatchewan office.
Compensation is commensurate with education and experience
