Office Administrator – Slave Lake, Alberta

Our client, a major oil and gas company, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Administrator in their Slave Lake, AB  office. This is a contract, office based position, working Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day. 

RESPONSIBILITIES may include but not limited to:

• Reception duties
• Accounts Payable
• Payroll
• Data Entry
• File management
• Organize meetings
• Ordering of supplies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous Administration/Customer Service experience preferred
• Minimum Grade 12 Education; Post-secondary education in Business Administration a definite asset
• Detail Oriented
• Ability to multitask
• Organized
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong communicator (verbal and written)
• Team Player
• Problem solver
