POSITION SUMMARY Strike is looking for a Proposals Administrator to join our Proposals team in our Airdrie office. Reporting to the Proposals Manager, the Proposals Administrator is a member of the proposal team and provides tactical administrative support. The overall responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, administrative support to the proposal team as required including, but not limited to, preparing correspondence, and preparing proposals. POSITION DETAILS
- This is a full-time position based out of our Airdrie office (hybrid or work-from-home options are not available)
- 37.5 hour workweek (Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm)
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends to accommodate proposal or client deadlines may be required
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Maintain accurate electronic filing system (S drive, N drive, intranet)
- Assist Area Managers with Document Control of bid packages
- Maintain accurate customer bid package versions and amendment records
- Review, proofread, and edit correspondence, proposals and reports according to team and company-approved standards and styles (as required)
- Assist with creating proposal deliverables, working closely with the proposal team and Area Managers
- Assist in preparing customer pre-qualification packages (e.g. EOI, RFI, SOI)
- Set up and facilitate Gate 1 & 2 meetings (as required)
- Assist in assembling customer proposals that align with Strike Group standards
- Help drive accountability for proposal deadlines to ensure that the proposal is complete and of exceptional quality
- Assist Area Managers with post bid clarifications
- Create and maintain resumes and project profiles
- Assist with maintaining an accurate client relationship management (CRM) tool
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with the Strategic Account team
- Participate in proposal/project services strategy/team building sessions
- Provide vacation coverage to the proposal team
- Provide administrative support to the proposal team (as required)
QUALIFICATIONS Education
- Relevant post-secondary education or related experience

- Superior communications skills including listening, speaking, writing and editing
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels
- Excellent organizational and project timeline skills
- Results-oriented, self-motivated and a team player
- Highest standards of personal integrity supported by open and honest communication
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with tight deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word (there will be a performance test to assess you skills)
