POSITION SUMMARY The Site Administrator presents a positive and professional image of Strike to all clients, suppliers, associates, callers and office visitors. Administrators maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality in all interactions. PROJECT DETAILS Project Name: Mount Bracey Compressor Station Nearest City: Prince George, B.C (Camp Project) Shift: 14 Days on/7 Days off CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- General Administration/Communication: Represent Strike in person, on the phone and through electronic communications.
- Payroll: Create detailed on-site time tickets to be approved and signed by supervisor & client.
- Controls: Track and maintain progress tracking tools and curves; Establish and maintain Trend/Change order log; Verify budget revisions, trends, and change orders prior to Project Management sign off; Project reporting (tracking of baseline versus actual vs. forecast) for Management/Client review
- Purchasing: Issue purchase orders, track incoming invoices and ensure alignment with job/project costs.
- Camp: Book rooms for incoming personnel and report on camp numbers to management and client.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years administrative/Project Controls experience an asset.
- Experience within the oilfield and or construction industry is considered an asset.
- Microsoft Excel experience
