Teine is looking for an Asset Integrity Coordinator to join our field office in Coleville, SK. This role will Coordinate, monitor, implement and control integrity maintenance activities on site, to meet the objectives and requirements outlined in the Pressure Equipment Integrity Management System (PEIMS), throughout the operating area. This includes, but is not limited to, all registered pressure vessels, pressure relief devices, and unregistered fittings managed under the PEIMS as well as all production storage tanks.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess risks to ensure the safety of personnel, assets, and the environment throughout all stages of operations.
- Collaborate with Operations to conduct preventative safety and environmental observations (HazIDs) using the internal reporting system.
- Engage with Operations and Integrity Leadership (e.g., Technical Services Manager, Chief Inspector) to ensure clear understanding and planning for inspections and potential equipment repairs with minimal operational impact.
- Coordinate and implement the inspection program for equipment within scope as directed by the Chief Inspector.
- Organize necessary repairs identified by equipment inspections in coordination with the Chief Inspector.
- Partner with the Chief Inspector to oversee the inspection and repair of pressure equipment, aiming to reduce production delays, enhance asset reliability, and ensure asset integrity.
- Manage work order processes with Maintenance and Operations teams in the asset management database, ensuring integrity-related work orders are finalized appropriately.
- Complete and upload all regulatory documentation related to asset integrity in the asset management database (Oplii).
- Provide Operations staff with inspection schedules to support budgeting and downtime estimates.
Support the Management of Change (MOC) process for any equipment or piping modifications resulting from inspections or repairs. - Assist with purchasing materials and services related to pressure equipment as required by the Maintenance team.
- Oversee the pressure equipment integrity budget to optimize costs without compromising safety or environmental standards.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the current year’s budget, including monthly reviews.
Contribute to budgeting processes with input and feedback.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma in Petroleum Technology or Asset Integrity certifications preferred.
- 10+ years of senior-level experience in Operations with broad knowledge of a PEIMS program.
- Proficient in Excel and databases (Power BI, Oplii).
- Strong leadership, self-motivation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Previous experience as an Asset Integrity Coordinator is an asset.
