Responsibilities
- Manage relationship with 3PLs providing direction around stock transfers orders, destruction processes, physical counts, cycle counts, write offs, and restricted movements
- Perform monthly inventory reconciliations, coordinate discrepancy investigations with LSPs and customer service, make the required inventory adjustments and perform write offs in a timely manner as needed in the company systems
- Coordinate and reconcile annual physical counts and audits related to inventory management
- Generate, control, and manage KPIs with LSPs to ensure target service level in warehousing, distribution, and other activities. Propose improvements in the KPIs by implementing actionable solutions when results are under target
- Provide required oversight of all related activities at the LSPs across all different locations
- Monitor and control distribution processes of local and international products to guarantee the fulfillment of customer requirements
- Monitor and correct interface IDOC / EDI failures
- Generate and deliver reports and evidence in accordance with SOX controls related to inventory management
- Manage the warehouse claims process and related follow-ups
- Coordinate short-dated product status change in the systems
- Carry out revisions of item classification (ABC Methodology) and propose necessary changes to ensure correct classification and control in the cycle count process
- Support special projects of changes to or setup of new distributions centers
- Support the coordination of the customization processes required by the affiliate
- Opening, monitoring, and closing deviations related to movements between local warehouses and within transportation processes
- Coordination and oversight of the destruction process for damaged and expired product previously approved by finance and quality management
- Support Quality team on cold chain process and propose solutions in deviations to avoid financial impacts (package change, logistics flow)
- Build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships with Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, Customer Service, and other key stakeholders
- Manage warehouse and distribution expenses, ensuring all invoices are validated and approved on time and in accordance with guidelines
- Lead special projects to improve warehousing and distribution processes making them more efficient and profitable
- Participate in product launch activities including geoexpansion launch processes, ensuring accurate storage conditions and LSP readiness to receive new product
- Support Customer Service on the Returns process
- Perform all inbounds PGRs
- Execute STO`s for warehouse transfers based on supply chain requirements
- Manage the damage / destruction process and related warehouse activities
- Support the Retail / EDI interface setup for new customer launches
